1) What this is

Life Saver Pro provides documentation support, prompts, reminders, and educational reference content for EMS professionals. It is not a substitute for clinical judgment, medical direction, or agency protocols.

2) Not medical advice

The app does not provide medical advice. Always follow your agency protocols, medical director guidance, and local regulations. In emergencies, follow standard EMS procedures and seek appropriate medical direction.

3) User responsibility

You are responsible for verifying accuracy before using any output for documentation. You agree not to rely on the app as the sole basis for patient care decisions.

4) Acceptable use

• Do not upload or store sensitive patient identifiers unless you are compliant with your organization’s policies.
• Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

5) Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

6) Payments and subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time through your Stripe customer portal (or by contacting support). Access to Pro features depends on subscription status.

7) Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content.

8) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
